Are you a Summer Juice Feaster?
The produce is perfect right now! Local organic is readily available! Things are greening, plumping, and ripening up. The Hot/Cool Shower (Contrast Shower) and working up sweats for cleansing is easier in summer!
If you want to grind grains, I suggest you get the extra container that does this. You could end up burning out your motor if you use the regular container to grind grains.

I'm just about to purchase a vita mix and I'm not sure if I need a dry bladecontainer to grind grains or if a wet one will do the job. Thanks! Van Nessa

So you have decided to juice as well! I haven't taken the plunge yet as I need to buy a juicer. But I really think adding a juice to my existing diet would be of great benefit to me! I can't at this time be 100% juice as I don't think I could fit it in with my work load at the moment but in the future I might!
Any way enough about me!

Smoking is going ok. It's interesting at the moment. Usually when i give up, one day is all it takes, and for some reason i am hanging on to it, while i'm juicing? for the first 2 weeks i was drinking coffee too!
now i'm feeling much more emotionally stable,and after 2 weeks of eating junk, and still juicing, i'm back to it and i'm loving it. i am not having coffee, and smoking about three a day, slowly gonna get down to 1, and then the big none. It's so stupid to do this to myself, what's interesting tho, is that yesterday, getting down to three, i felt so much more alive and vibrant and moments of euphoria, and PEACE,wow, it's such a trap, i think i'm being easy on myself by giving up slowly, yet thro lessening my intake of all those chemicals i feel so happy.
i AM going to stop soon so i can give myself full credit for all the fantastic good i'm doing for myself.
Today i feel like i could juice forever.
