Are you a Summer Juice Feaster? The produce is perfect right now! Local organic is readily available! Things are greening, plumping, and ripening up. The Hot/Cool Shower (Contrast Shower) and working up sweats for cleansing is easier in summer!

Hi Christine,
My mantra those first days was "I choose, I choose, I choose" every time I started to feel deprived I chanted it. Post feast - I'm doing really well. I've only gained back about 5lbs which I expected because I'm still finding my stride. I return to juicing on days when I'm feeling too busy or stressed about trying to figure out what to eat and that seems to work for me. Good luck - keep going it is worth it!

Hi Christine,
I was diagnosed with Hashimotos last year (chronic lymphocytic thyroiditis). I used TCM, enzyme therapy and raw foods to reverse the condition. I was also suffering from allergies because my immune system was so weak. I go into more detail on my blog (www.berrybluetoes.blogspot.com) if you are intersted and would like to read more I start talking about it under my 2007 postings. BTW I use a blender and a nut mylk bag to blend my leafy greens I found it works way better than any juicer I've tried and is faster. I use my juicer for my fruits and root veg only.

Hey all u summer feasters, count me in!

Today is day 4 for me. I too started Monday july 12, planning to go for the long haul,30- 60 days minimum, taking it a day at a time though. This is my second feast also. My first feast was only 9 days, but it helped me transition to better level of eating, mostly raw, so that's something to be happy about. My weakness has been the fats, as always, like avos and nuts/butters. Boy it's hard to eat plain salads when I've given everything else up!!

Reversing diabetes is my challenge. Im blogging w… Continue

inspiration

Wow, you are such an inspiration!!!

I am planning my next feast soon. I made only 9 days on my first try. It's not much, but I learned a lot and will build upon it next time. Considering 30 days for next one.

Wishing you complete success :)))

Sorry to say it but my big plans didnt stick.
I broke my feast eve of 9th day. Went to visit family out of town, made the choice to break.
Already planning my next one though.
Eating 95% raw and vegan.
Blood sugars are not staying down.

Lot's of work to do.

Received my sprouter, Easy Green, automatic, started sprouting broccoli, radish and alfalfa seeds, hoping it saves money in the long run to make my own.

Will be checking in here, watching all you feasters.
