Day 93 breaking my juice feast
So the day is finally here, I haven't been sharing much lately and I think its related to either over sharing in the beginning of this adventure.
The last month or so has been hard. I struggled with severe nausea and queasiness. I am doing a parasite cleanse and have also started taking a tablespoon of coconut oil every morning. To activate my thyroid and bump up my metabolism.
All I can say is it works but man oh man waves and waves of nausea. I suspect that there is a massive parasite kill o… Continue

Day 89 some thoughts on the juice feast
Hi all,
day 89 the end is near. I have gotta say that I now think that 92 days is too long to just live on juices. The last couple of months or so I have been struggling with severe nausea in the morning. I think the parasite cleanse and the coconut oil has something to do with it. I can't prove it but I think that somehow the colonies of candida in my body flare up and dump out in my blood stream right after I eat the tablespoon of coconut oil and take my parasite cleanse capsules.

Day 82 ..... countdown begins!
Spent the day at the beach today got there at 10:30 and left at 2:00 pm
Made 3 qts of peach, celery & basil juice, drank 2 qts at the beach, it was such a perfect day. I swam twice for 20 minutes, took a walk and flew a kite.
I feel so clean and light lately, I feel more in tune with nature. I always sleep so soundly when I go to the beach.

Day 77
Hi everyone,
I am still juicy as day 92 approaches. I haven't been blogging much mainly because I haven't been very communicative lately. I have been doing enemas for the last month or so also because the bms slowed down. I have been taking a internal parasite formula since day 60. Nothing major except that i have been coughing up tons of mucous and its been coming out of my nose too. I think this is related to the parasite cleanse. I also have been sweating a lot and that is unusual for me. I… Continue

Day 56 all is well with me
Hi all,
today is day 56 or day 81 depending on the count. I haven't been posting much lately.
I tend to retreat into a shell when I am feeling bleh...so anyway very low appetite for juice, I have not been drinking greens lately except for celery leaves.
About all I can handle is celery and cucumber juice, the celery being necessary during a feast/fast. The other juice I have been enjoying is cantelope melon juice with mint leaves. So soothing and calming. I guess I feel weak probably because m… Continue

The Mandala Tea room will be perfect. I plan to keep my schedule open for September 10th just for your visit. I am looking forward to it. I would love to refer you to a massage therapist, unfortunately, I don't know any. I will research and see who I can find. I have been doing well post juice feast. I have maintained eating 100% vegan raw. I have gained about 6 pounds back, of which I needed. I had gotten very thin by day 92. I am still feeling fantastic. I too have had problems with a sluggish digestive system so I have to be careful not to overeat. I feel so clean and clear so I keep it that way with easy in and easy out foods. I love avocados and nuts and I can easily get into trouble by overeating them. I am so glad you had a nice visit with your family. What did they think about your raw food lifestyle?

Three of my kids are just getting over whooping cough. It's been a tough few weeks. The whole house has been up several times in the night for weeks because of the coughing, so there has been a fair bit of sleep deprivation, plus no one really wants to mix with us at the mo :( They are all on the mend now though and we are starting to get out and about again.
I don't know what's happened to the weather. We've hardly seen the sun so far this year. We get a couple of days and that's it for weeks! Hubby and I are dreaming of moving to sunnier climes.
How are your plans for moving coming along?

I find that I still have to detox even though I am finished juice feasting. I think eating tons of greens is tricking my body into thinking I'm still juicing and is dumping all kinds of stuff. Once again I am sending you blessings and look forward to reading about breaking your juice feast.
