Gaby- I use nopalitos in my juices too! If you can't find the supplements, just make sure you drink a majority of green juices. I love baby spinach and pineapple juice. I just started practicing yoga. I am on Day 17 of my juice feast. I feel great.
i started with sweet things and filling yummies, like carrot and apple and ginger, and i started sneaking in greens like parsley and romaine to get used to green juices when i first started juice fasts.
but kyra's right, whatever feels good for you.
go gently on your body and don't force down anything that doesn't feel yummy as it will just put you off the whole experience. remember that you are treating your body and taste buds to magical experience, so follow what you love to and eventually your body will guide your choices.
gaby ... the best thing to do is to ask you inner Source for guidance and then go with what FEELS good to you ...
I found it easy to start with lemon or lime juice, diluted in water, sweetened with something (I use stevia powder).
To this citrus water you can add anything you want ... powders or other juices.
It is easy to blend a handful of greens in the blender, strain through a fine mesh bag (I use 5 gallon paint strainers that I buy at the hardware store or paint store), and then add this to your citrus juice base.
I use drops of peppermint extract to keep the greens tasting pleasant.
