Hi Johnny - Novato is 30 minutes nort of the Golden Gate bridge in the Bay Area (Nortern California). I fasted on water, lemon and MSM for 4 days and ten began green juices after seeing Gabriel Cousins, I have lost 12 pounds and dropped my FBS (fasting blood sugar) from 114 to 76!!!!!!!!!

I am very excited and look forward to all that is ahead!
