- I love you all! I am soooooo grateful for this opportunity. Blessings of Bliss to all us JUICE FEASTERS! THANK YOU David and Katrina Rain, and Thank you Gela for inspiring me. How absolutely Blessed we all are to be able to do this, and especially TOGETHER, not in isolation. This journey will be life-changing...

- What kind of life shifts/transformations are you looking to have with Juice Feasting?
- calming my 'sweets devil', creating a new habit of finishing eating by 6pm and eventually 5pm, and even 4 pm ala QUANTUM EATING, and sleeping earlier, 10 -11pm would be lovely! I have been dealing with insomnia since I was young, and was even hospitalized after not sleeping for 11 days straight when I was 19...I also have a heart condition which doesn't bother me too muchbut my momdied of a heart attack at 48 when I was 16, and being in my 40's now, I don't want to go down that road. Lastly, asthma, (which I actually haven't used my inhaler for in 5 years after being just 2 years on a high-raw diet of about 70%)...Its been 7 years now Raw for us, I am currently 90-95%, and my kids and hubs maintain 80-90%, I really want to be 100%! And just taking MUCH better care of myself , clearing emotional patterns, and releasing pain and sadness to make way for ECSTATIC BLISS! It shall be done- YAE!!

Day 56- re-Learning how to EAT properly is the best part of this jFeast
FINALLY the snow has melted and Jack frost has gone to play somehwere else for now...! YAE!!!
The sun is SHINING and SO AM I!
I am drinking my Maple water cut with Dandelion and organic greens- I LOVE this drink sooooo much and know my days with it are numbered as the Maple sap will be running only a few more days now...how blessed I have been to enjoy it this year, especially coinciding with my JFeast.
Incorporating SOLID FOOD back into my life after 33 days of juicing, has been tricky and WOND… Continue
