Hey everyone, hope your enjoying the sunrays when they come. Anyone juice feasting? I've just started, I'm on day two, be great to know who else is feasting and how your getting on.
Its been a year since I last wrote and what an incredible year too. I felt unworthy to contribute to this growing site before now as I moved in and out of recovering from cooked foods, over eating, late night eating and bulimia to states of hopeless…

Day 1 of modified juice feast
To bring more awareness and thoughtfulness in to the loving act of eating
To reduce excess salt, fat and sugar intake so as to find a happy balance and a good environment internally for healing
To commit daily to myself and others my diary of fluid and food intake as an aid of self honesty in letting go of harmfull eating patterns
This is first day after a three week period of transitioning and i feel like i have a new me bursting out from the seams of the old sarah!

David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
