Breaking the juice feast
I have been juice feasting for 100 days now and I am ready to break this feast.
It has been such an amazing expericience; I cannot believe that I did it. At the beginning, 92 days seemed to be an unreachable goal; however, I was determined to complete it. Then, after 92 days juice feasting, I could not let it go; that's why I decided to feast for 8 more days.
I have released 31 lbs during this feast (going from 138.4 to 107.4) and about 6.7 inches (17 cm) around my waist.
