September 11, 2009 Day 8 A day of remembrance A rainy, cold day here on 9/11, fitting as I reflect on all the lives changed forever on this day. Rockaway lost a lot of people in 9/11 – firefighters and others. It’s been a reflective day for myself too as I stepped down from working for the Raw Spirit Festival for several reasons. September 8, 2009 Dear Readers, Today for the first time in months I went to yoga class and want to practice yoga every day like I used to for almost a year. It was upsetting to see how much flexibility I’ve lost, but I know it will quickly return. I also did some cardio on the treadmill – started to run but ending up walking for a half hour. Felt good! September 7, 2009 Dear Readers, Day 4 of my fall juice feast. It’s been about six months since my last feast, and today I want to write down my goals and intentions for this feast.
