I haven´t been on in over a month. I have wanted nothing more than to do this 90 day juice feast. The people that have added me as a friend, I just want to thank them for reaching out. Everyone in this community is so helpful, and inspiring, and as a group we all just collectively want to feel human. totally not working for me. i think that i´m going to do only green smoothies, and then ease into juices. i don´t know , it´slike i´m not really focused or something, and i can´t get focused. i´ll figure it out i suppose. Continue

So I actually started doing this feasting about 3 weeks ago, and fell off the wagon on week 2, but I´ve still been incorporating green smoothies everyday with my bad food, and the cool thing is that I´ve maintained my weightloss. I am trying to get back on this juice feasting and I am falling short. I am knowing that today will be the day of follow through! Wish me luck! Kia Continue
