End of juice feast
I have ended my juice feast. My heart just hasn't been in it for the last week. It went from the feeling of freedom to the feeling of bondage, and I did not think continuing in that frame of mind was healthy.

Comment by Lucy on June 30, 2008 at 12:05pm - Congrats....I know what you mean... it was soo free then went to being not fun at all... so i going to do lots of salad, smoothies, juices and soups... to help get off the rest of the weight off and get my health in a better place... will have some raw yummies.... It is GREAT that you give yourself the time to do this... It was hard for me to have the engergy wit my 16 animals but with your 12 children!!!!! you are amazing!!!!!!!
