Day 1 juice feast
Wow 92 days. I can do this. I can. Monday is someone's birthday I told them I would take them out to a restaurant, let's hope we change plans. Now I got to get to work, because juice feasting is kind of, well, one needs to do some work. I need to BUY a TON of oranges, melons, heavy stuff I need to juice and wherever I go, if I stay with my mom for example, I need to bring my strainer bag and watermelons or crate of oranges..and strainer.
This time I will strain my juice. I was doing watermelon juice fasts where I wasn't straining after blending..and I might as well have been eating!! I need to fast anyways, I have scar tissue, internal, I need to get rid of. Might as well start today, an expect peer pressure and just hope for the best.
I did a ten day water fast recently, man, what a trip that was. Intense. I will never forget it.

I read your blog from time to time for a long time...even when you still were on LJ (I'm not a stalker by the way lol) and you seem so much more disciplined...also you seem to drink a lot of juice already, it's agood habit to begin with and I guess makes it easier!
