I'm back... I didn't hang around after stopping the feast/fast before. So, I haven't been very supportive. But, I didn't really feel successful and able to offer much advice. It was a good experience though, and I want to give it another try.
I didn't follow a raw vegan diet very well after stopping. I'm going to try either a juice feast/fast or a modified one. I don't know for how long.
For me, the feast/fast is much easier than dealing with the real vegan diet that I should have.
I'm back to 200lb. I have panic attacks. My blood pressure hangs between 130/80 and 140/90. I had alarming TMJ problems, but I seem to have found a solution to that (face exercises). I'm seriously depressed. The heart of the problem is probably social phobia.
I didn't really give the 80/10/10 diet a good try, but not doing it right certainly doesn't work. In particular, he says don't graze all day... Since I eat at work, I never managed to eat quickly. The result was that I had sugary fruit stuff on my teeth all day, which made my gums inflamed.
So, for today, I've just had:
Juice #1:
1 bunch kale (probably 1lb)
1 bunch parsley
1 green pepper
2 granny smith apples
1 cucumber
And, I've prepared for later:
Juice #2
1 larger chunk ginger
1 bunch kale
1 head celery
1 bunch spinach
Juice #3
2 heads romaine lettuce
Juice #3.5
1 lb. carrots
I need to make more juice
I'm going to go ride my bicycle.
