I wanted to keep this group really together so I asked each participant to give me their direct email & I send the daily info articles by a group email. Then sometimes people respond to them or do their own group emails to other participants. I hope that this is a clear picture for you.

We will be starting a 100 day juice feast on Monday Aug 10th 2009. So far we have 6 people that will be doing the feast & would love for you to join us. We will be offering a Coaching/Supporting system which will help you through any rough times that you might have.
