I figured out the source of my tiredness....I have candida and it has migrated to my kidneys.....and everynow and then something causes it to act up, usually a certain, though not always the same one, sugar...and I did indulge in some raw honey.....and my kidneys were not happy, but luckily I know how to soothe them, make them happy and today I am feeling much better.
What kind of juicer do you have? I haven't noticed that my juices taste bitter, and they are far superior 12 hours old, to frozen....found that out!
Doing well, but a little bit tired.....not sure if it's detox or a cold but either way it's annoying as I don't want people at work to think I am not up to work because I am juice feasting.....we are very very busy at work right now and will be for the next month and a half. But life is good....and I am keeping my vision in my head...visions of the raw goddess dance in my head....thin, energetic, vibrant....with a whole new thing going on in my life....transformation is what I am after....total!
Hi Mary.....how are you doing? I am still juice feasting and adding more current juice feasters along the way, Erika, Patricia, Grace...... enoyed a bit of that lovely high that comes along where everything is just soo good...feel so happy.....funny though as it was intermingled with some real crabbiness...lol Doing well with my juicing......rethinking the concept of frozen juice not because I don't feel well on it, but because I like the taste and texture of fresh juice better....but it has been a real life saver with my busy schedule...... I may make my green juices in the evenings and do enough for 2 days at a time...they would keep in my refrigerator esp if I put them in the really cold one. I have lost at least 6 punds and am feeling good...... One person wrote they were having 3 gallons a juice each day....really wondering if they meant 3 quarts....not sure...anyhooo...what's up with you. How are you doing on this lovely fine day?
Hi Mary,
I got all my mint planted today. The peppermint isn't looking very happy but the others look fine. I hope that lime mint grows quickly. I want enough for some juice!

Dear Johnny,
Have you thought about Dr. Gabriel Cousens at The Tree of Life in Patagonia, Arizona? I know that's not in Cal, but after going there they do phone consults as follow ups. Gabriel has written many books on Live and Whole Food Nutrition…
Hello,
I am having trouble finding a raw-vegan friendly gastroenterologist. I need to get a current diagnosis of my condition but am not willing to go through any drug "treatments." I put myself on a vegan diet in 2000 and raw vegan diet in 2002, a…

I lost 15 pounds after suffering from a long period of nausea and headaches which were resolved by adopting a largely raw food diet. However, I lost 15 pounds and have not gained it back -- and I was thin to begin with. I intuitively feel a juice fa…

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.

I expect that all of it will grow. Mint is pretty agressive. Just water it a couple of times this week.
All the mints are really yummy in juices, smoothies and salads. Also great for tea!
