5 days.....its the final countdown!! I found the msm at kootenay co-op, its in the bulk section where the teas are. I have the material for the nut bags but perhaps you should pick up a few to start since i'm not sure when we can get together....Gaia Tree has some as well, when you enter the door look at the wicker bookshelf that houses the avocados and toms....the nutbags are usually on the side..
I also found out that tuesday is the day that the co op in Nelson gets their veg delivery...so if we shop then, everything will be fresh and yummy. My first grocery shop will be on Friday after work ( around 2:30). Then on Tues after work to catch the fresh shipment. Remember: I can always pick up you stuff too, i dont mind at all....just give me a list.

yup i have a vitamix....i love it. I have a juicer as well but for the feast i just use the mixer, and strain. The vita is more powerful than the average mixer so i recommend getting one...
as for the enema...its not my favorite part of my day, but it is very important...you will feel way better if it is added to your regimine.
I'm excited too....I fell of the juice wagon for a while but I am looking forward to hopping back on...and with you doing it too, maybe it will help with my willpower.
