Hi Sharon, just wondering if you are juicing again? How are you doing since last year? Still having fun with the camera? We've just started into it way more this past year and now my husband is a maniac LOL as he likes to take it out everywhere and sometimes we have to go out JUST to take pics at obscure places (laughing) It's all great fun! Let me know how it's going now for you. Also, how did things go AFTER the jf'ing?

Hi, great name! I don't meet many people named Sharon. I wish you the best of luck on your juice feast. Maybe we can get a group together and meet at R Thomas or Arden's Garden. I started my feast on 8/11.
Hi Sharon,
I can totally relate, when something junky in the house I sometimes feel compelled to finish it. I don't feel that way about meat, fish or chicken, but I have been known to feel magnetically pulled by chips, fries, or ice cream even. Being aware of this is already a huge success. Good luck with your juice feast, I did one in March, April & May, and had to extend it into June a bit.
If you are open to advice, I think, for me anyway that 92 days was too long. I stopped feeling any benefits or releasing toxins or weight after day 40. Many blessings, hope all is well, namaste, Dea.
Btw I think the raw food meetup group is having a potluck in Atlanta towards the end of August, some great ladies will be there.

I lost 15 pounds after suffering from a long period of nausea and headaches which were resolved by adopting a largely raw food diet. However, I lost 15 pounds and have not gained it back -- and I was thin to begin with. I intuitively feel a juice fa…

Not feeling called to do a full Juice Feast? That's ok, neither am I.
David Rain suggested I do a Modified Juice Feast based on certain aspects of my health and life.
You don't have to follow any particular plan to do a Modified Juice Feast.
This group wants to assist and support each other by exchanging ideas on what tools we can use to realize
each of our goals especially the ones that worked for us personally.
