I actually commented back on my blog to you ;-) I wake up feeling great after enemas and skin brushing and lately towards the night time I am getting headaches and irrability. especially having to cook for the family. Today been having MAJOR headaches and nausea again. must just be detoxing....?? anyway, thanks for being supportive to me. :-) u rock also chickadee!
thanks so much for writing! I am at the end of day two on my feast... the ling to my blog about it is on my page... anyway, it got real worse after I posted here. I was SOOO ill and super scared. I was trying to find anyone to give me info, but it was midnight and I don't have a coach or anything... wow it sucked. I ended up throwing up and had a major migrain type headache. O my gawsh! well today was better so that is good! how sweet of you to be concerned thanks so much!
