Ohhh those are also classic lines from that movie..."an actor not a river!!!" Whats funnier than that?
As for the feast/fast..its funny because even without reading anything about different ways to fast..I thought I would juice one day per week..and eat very light on the surrounding 2 days...sort of ease into it and out of it..and now you tell me this is what the experts reccomend...I think I will do just that! I do find that on the raw plan its very easy to over eat...and not with carrots or celery..the chocolate/nut factor can do me in very easily..I discovered tamari almonds and i could eat a pound at a time...and there is NO end to the chocolate factor....additionally I run, and aside from my yoga practice, I am a gym rat...so with all the activity, I have the appetite of a football player !!! Dont want to look like one though :) Thanks for everything Arianna ! Peace
By the way..I was looking at your page, and the list of favorite movies...I have to tell you there is something bigger than us going on here...my favorite movie of all time is "My Favorite Year", and i have never met anyone who even knew what the movie was, no less to see it on a list of favs!!! I have the movie on DVD, and I STILL crack up everytime I watch it...the wedding dress on the aunt(and the comment she makes about it) when she comes to dinner to meet Alan Swan...omg!! I am laughing just thinking about it!!!
I would absolutely NOT miss the saturday goodies...I fell off the cleanse the same day I tried to start it...I definately wasnt ready..but I am eating very little..mostly juicing, and trying new smoothies...cant wait for sat! Congrads by the way for making it through a holiday on a fast..I am very impressed!

Each day I say no food just juice today & I fail... This morning I woke meditated journaled all about it cleared it felt resolved & got up & found a bowl of oatmeal waiting for me made by Pansy with all these beautiful nuts & seeds in it - I ate it - so now my mind is saying OK just juice for the rest of this day & nite & try again tommorrow... I do not know how to access the will to not feed myself with food... to abstain - what is the hold on me - what is such a big deal - there is always another opportunity to eat later... how does this one huge issue permeate the rest of my life??? Asking questions is good - hearing the answers..... LIVING LIFE! any thoughts of aide?
