Grace and peace to you! I'm doing well - thanks for checking in on me. :) Yesterday was kind of a "weird juice day" - now I know why I haven't seen turnips in anyone's recipes. Ewww. But hey, the *absolutely amazing* cantaloupe juice more than made up for it. Wow!!!! I am feeling well, walking better (MS damage has caused a walking disability), and apparently looking better - someone even said I am "glowing" (and I certainly was inside after a compliment like that). As of this morning, I have lost ten pounds. (Today is Day 19 of my JF.)

You asked what kind of ministry I'm in . . . well, there are a variety of things! I think one of my favorites is the "Awana" program for kids. Have you heard of it? The kids come to "club night" at church once a week. I help them with the Bible verses that they work on memorizing. It's amazing to see and hear how even pre-readers can learn the verses and provide some wonderful new insights! But with 12 children, I'm sure you have lots of incredible stories to tell. :) God bless you all! And may you keep enjoying your feast and its benefits!
