I only lasted 7 days with Juice feasting back then and reverted backt to raw vegan but after watching the RAWKATHON was inspired to get back into juicing this month in December. It went MUCH better than the first time. Yes, I ho'oponopono as am certified in Huna the ancient art and science of Hawaii as well as NLP and hypnotherapy. There is a Whole Foods market in town that has a wonderful green juice bar and several other juice bars around town with wheat grass. The thing that helps me stay enthused is Kevin and Ann Marie Gianni's therenegadehealthshow.com daily you tube talks and lisltening to the various podcasts about the raw lifestyle available on the web.

I so enjoyed talking to you yesterday. I put your package in today and added one of my books I wanted to "clear out" I am a major clutter clearer. Whenever I want new stuff to come to me I give away my already used stuff and it works like a CHARM everytime.

I do have a question though.In the supplements to the juicing I notice there is the option of chlorella,spirulina or E3 live.I find after research Frequensea (marine phytoplankton) appears to be a wonderful supplement as well and wonder why this is not suggested also.Maybe someone can shed some light on this for me as I have read and heard the benefits from those who are taking it and it appears to have wonderful healing and wellbeing
properties.

Today is day 10 . I just had a delicious juice with cucumbers and dill . Yum Yum
Of course I had my watermelon juice and earlier I had like a quart and a half of green juice lots of spinach which definitely cleaned me out.
Anyway love you and we rock on our juice.

Hiya Kyra I love the thing about the crystals . I have crystals in every room they are my friends. I am also very into FENG SHUI so I place mine to activate certain areas. Like I have a beautiful amethyst crystal in my abundance area. There is a beautiful pink crystal in my love and marriage area.

Today I had tons of juice . I just could not seem to get enough. It was delish.
My energy was steady all day for the first time in about 5 days. It was wonderful and I got so much done. Whenever I want to clean or organize a room I say TOGETHER DIVINE ORDER and it works like a CHARM. I just sort of flow from one task to the next in a perfect sycranocity.
