I have been wanting to thank you for quite some time now for not only creating all the juiceluck videos and sharing your experience in them as well, but for all the things you are growing in your backyard garden and for all the work you are doing with food forests. Its always inspiring to see people passionate about raw foods or sustainable living and how they have incorporated their passion into their lifestyle, but it's INCREDIBLY inspiring to see people incorporating their passions for BOTH raw foods and sustainable living into their lives. Your and Constanze's garden looks phenomenal and your juice journey has been infinitely inspirational. Thank you.
hi Ayrie! thanks for writing back! yes keep up the videos they are fun! Post feast is going great! both yesterday and today i did a lovely soup! really good and I felt great! the other thing i started eating besides keeping up my great green juices, is eating spirulina powder mixed with a little coconut oil, a little warm tea, vanilla bean, green stevia, celtic salt, and cinnamon! this is what i have been craving the entire feast! and you can make it as thin or thick as you like

Hi Ayrie, I just had a look at some of the videos. You all look great. Glad to know it's going well! I'm going to write to Bronwyn and let her know that she can order E3 Live frozen, delivered to her door from www.e3live.com. I haven't done it yet, but a friend of mine in Victoria does. Much better than the dried powder, apparently, and maybe less expensive.
